Box Office Theatre Professionals
Tracy Goltsman, CTT Founder and President, has been involved in theatre for over 30 years working in Toronto, ON and Winnipeg, MB. Her work ranges from performing to producing small theatre productions.
Kyra Krassnigg, CTT Box Office Manager, a graduate of the Desautels Faculty of Music out of the University of Manitoba, has worked in all aspects of theatre production.
In early 2020, Tracy was on the board of a small theatre production company, where she used online technologies to help with box office administration and ticketing. When COVID-19 hit, that online company abandoned their clients, never paying out the ticket revenue money that was owed.
Small theatres cannot survive that kind of blow. Tracy understands that.
